While our menu allows you to purchase food in half pan and full pan sizes, we also can provide for the more discerning guests. Simply select a choice number of dishes from our catering menu and our cooks will serve your guests only the dishes they crave. A manned carving station is available to serve your guests select cuts of meat of the thickness and temperature and they desire. Servers can be made available to take orders, clear empty plates and refill beverages as needed. Our A La Carte service brings the full power of our banquet and special event team to your location.
